what a day...

Out shopping with the ladies (Mel,Cindy+Elaine) the whole afternoon at the expense of the interesting environmental lecture ongoing from 430pm-730pm. We left the Malaysian custom around 8pm. Students out there, please don't do the same because you need your parents' unconditional consent and our well-trained experience. Basically, there has not one wednesday I don't go 'astray' ever since school started.

After safely clearing all the customs, I happily typed away a sms that went "It's singapore, singapore, our hearts are big and wide you'll find, bcos its singapore, singapore...." to Kie and Miss Fatty. She then sms-ed: "Ah Mah just passed away.". What a shock indeed.

My granny died at the age of 94. She was born in the year of Ox. Same as mine. She was a cheerful and healthy and playful granny before her fall a few years back. She has been bedridden since. But her joyful self never deterred her from chatting and smiling at us. But this year started bad for her. She suffered some skin infections and her immunity system has then worsen. Luckily we went to visit her last saturday on our way to my cousin's 21st. She looked so frail and skinny. It was painful to see her in such a state and my mum sobbing away.

On a lighter happening, around 10 plus, Kie called and said he was at the door. I was busy removing my contact lens and told him to press the doorbell then. Poof. The doorbell rang! He's NUTS, I was saying to myself. Think I said it aloud to him too. And his reason for this sudden surprise is because tomorrow it's 8th. "HUH?!" What's the big deal, I wondered. Ha. One year ago, he officially popped 'the' question on the cable car to sentosa. How romantic, some may add. But hey! He waited so long to 'officialise' me -.-

School tomorrow had better be good.
